In real life we have lots of attorneys, not Iam4 kind of attorneys, but real attorneys. And we have courts and lawsuites costs lots of money and takes a lot of time to litigate. Then the losing side has to pay all the court costs and attorneys fees of the other side.

So...giving up a few hundred thousand dollars in negotiations is much more efficient that dragging it out and possibly losing in the end.
