You think at this point he is going to try and leverage the university for considerably more than he is even owed? In what world would they possibly give him any more than the minimum amount to just walk away. He isn't owed anywhere close to that. The one good thing, and literally the only good thing, about hiring a D2 coach is his compensation is so low (although admittedly he comes no where close to being worth it).
