up a level are higher risk than mediocre guys getting re-treaded from one major to another.

MUTGR is hyper-focused on Tom Crean right now.
Compared to Keatts, Musselman, etc, he is a relatively safe pick in that his odds of complete collapse are virtually zero. But so are his odds of greatness.
Those mid-major guys looking to move up might completely tank, but they also might be truly great.
