You don't get to hire whomever you want.
You get to hire coaches who are able to gain something from taking your job. From THAT field, you choose based on criteria that matter most to you.
So when yo usay "preferable", I ask "preferable to what" and presume you're comparing them to coaches who aren't going to gain something (read: won't come here) by coming to MU.
