Keatts, McCall and Wade...these guys might be terrific

coaches, but what about these resumes makes you think they will turn Mizzou into a highly competitive P5 program:

Keatts: 44, in his 3d year, has done well, 1 NCAA appearance

Wade: in only his 4th year, has done well, 1 NCAA appearance (made second round)

McCall: 35, in only his 2nd year, doing well, one NCAA appearance.

Only one, Wade, has made it as far as the second round of the NCAA. All 3 only have one appearance under their belt. McCall is in only his second year of coaching at a midlevel conference at best.

Why are these bright and shiny objects so preferable?
