Someone posted the current SEZ seats 10,400. The media reports indicate 1,000 premium and 4,000 general admission seats in new SEZ. 5,000 (1,000 + 4,000) from 10,400 = 5,400 seat loss.

Original projections were for 75,000,0000 cost funded with 55,000,000 of gifts and 20,000,000 of debt. There was some indication the amount of debt would be the amount that can be serviced by the premium seats.

The premium seat revenue will probably mean the new SEZ will generate more revenue than the current SEZ and the debt service on the new SEZ will certainly drive up expenses related to the new SEZ.
