The curators voted to approve the selection of an architect and the allocation of private funds for design services, expected to come in around $4.3 million.
We won't know until the final project is presented to the BOC in June of this year what the final costs will be and there will be announcements of additional donations between now and then as well, impacting the final balance requiring financing.
