But you do make a good point that poor coaching requires talent to over come it. You can be a good coach with poor talent and keep your job. Norm proved that many years. You can be a good coach with good talent and excel. See Norm again. You can be a bad coach with good talent and hang on for awhile. See Quin. But if you're a bad coach with bad talent, it's obvious right away. See Kim Anderson.
