spent the money we do now for fighting the illegality on rehab, society would be better off. If nothing else, the addicts would steal less for the cheaper drugs.
I have a feeling that schools do far less educating on the subject than they could or should.
Bottom line for me is how many people don't take drugs now that would if they were legal. There are some but I suspect they're too few to continue a losing battle. The first thing needed is responsible parents. TWO per family.
