legalized is the lack of distinctions. Methamphetatimes can destroy a life is short order. Heroin can kill you in a second. Get hooked on cocaine - the road is very hard. Those are substances which should never be legalized - they are addictive.

Pot ? come on now. No worries there. So making distinctions b/t "drugs" is kinda key here.
