guess the policy can't be improved upon? obama crafted the single most perfect piece of policy ever, naturally.

it's within his authority regardless of what the 9th circus said.
i'll also add the judges thought the discrimination aspect of the case was weak but they thought the states were hurt by the decision.
so if the states are so economically oppressed by this order how is ANY immigration restriction legal? basically their argument is unless it's open borders there is an injury to the individual state.
