I am pretty sure there is no "value added" benefit to having millions of insurance people push paper to preserve a profit motive for big insurance.


Doctor provides services. Pay bill. Audit rigorously.

Tort Reform and self insure doctors for malpractice.

If anyone is caught cooking the books or defrauding in a significant way, pull their medical license or license to stay open as a hospital care facility.
