That's simple.
The evidence is pretty overwhelming on the false testimony.
NOW look at reports from Canada, Scandinavia and the US that torture destroys portions of the brain.

And you say it works. FIRE is a good way to kill the weeds. You just don't have much of a garden left when you are finished.
