Section 15B. Liquidated damages. He'd owe the University an amount equal to his Annual Salary times the remaining term of his contract payable within 60 days.
He would also forfeit $100,000 per year which has been placed into an annuity for his benefit.
If he gets fired, the University owes him Liquidated Damages (indeed offset by future earnings during the term) and he gets the balance of the annuity account immediately.
