let me give you guys some insight. Kids get graded

based on what they do at particular camps. The grade from rivals depends on the other talent that is at that camp. If they don't go to camps they rarely if at all get graded. This kid was not graded out because of two reasons. He is either not that good or he didn't attend any camps in order to get graded.
