undersized or not, he's on the radar of people who understand football. he didn't get a rating because they'd never heard of him. they'd never heard of him because schools didn't tell them about him. schools didn't tell them about him because they weren't recruiting him.

many of the STARS!!!! gazers on here believe that process works in reverse.
