1) a lot of the manufacturing jobs are never coming back. No matter what we do.
2) A lot of jobs were created in healthcare, yes. A lot in technology as well.
3) Construction has come back pretty strong. Just look at St. Louis as an example. The St. Louis metro economy is actually doing quite well.
