felt he should have never have gotten the job in the first place. He had no coordinating experience at all.

It's comical to watch people have seizures before, during, and directly after a coach's first season. Sometimes it takes a few years to fully see what you have. I think Odom has a lot of the same personal qualities as Dabo.
