BO's is around $1.5M (we overpaid), and someone like GM (if we could get him) would be closer to $4M.

The only thing that matters is what a coach is worth. That's what you pay them. You don't set artificial limits based on what someone else makes.

It's also important to note that it would be a great investment, one that would surely pay for itself with a guaranteed winner (i.e. someone who's actually worth $4M+/year).
