Reagan sent aid to Nicaraguan terrorists in violation of legislation passed by the US Congress.

Those are laws. Breaking them are crimes.

To your other point Hokie - you prove a procedure I see all too often here. The POINT of the post was that Reagan committed crimes - actually crimes AGAINST the United States and you come back with trying to distract from that point with this: "what about your guys?". It is this five year old "I a too but what are you?" silliness. To respond to your query - I have no idea.
