1) Missouri has a long history of winning basketball.

2) Missouri has some of the best facilities in the country not just the SEC but the entire country.

3) Hoops are always a midwest east coast thing... the state of Missouri has produced some of the best NBA talent in the NBA today. if you can just keep Missouri kids you can win a national championship.

4) SEC is a very WEAK basketball conference you can easily be a top 3 team year in and year out.

5) If you can turn around the program with that comes the prestige of playing Kentucky and Florida each year.

6) Missouri is known more for basketball than any other sport traditionally. Won't take much but a few good recruiting classes to turn it all back around. Missouri has been ranked #1 in the country multiple times thru out the years. So yes 110%.

Just not with KA. And its time to stop screwing around and think big.

And as for the morons out there who say Missouri has been down and out tough to turn it around... look with FORD has done for SLU in just ONE recruiting class. All it takes is ONE BIG RECRUIT and you're back in the dance.
