ever an expectation on either side, it's a happy result that occurs over time with a lot of work and a little luck.

No C level person i've ever interviewed has ever been asked nor would she react well to being asked if they are prepared to make this their last job.

Anyone who answers that with anything more affirming than, "that would be a great outcome", is an idiot or is lying to you to make your dumb ass happy.
