Any coach has to have talent to win. At the D2 level, KA was able to accumulate enough D1 transfer and juco transfer players to out-talent the opposition and win. But D2 basketball is vastly different than Power 5 level D1 basketball -- there is no higher level basketball from which a coach can offer a transfer a second chance.

KA only won at CMSU when he had the better 5 on the floor. There is less than zero indication that he can put superior talent on the floor at this leve.
