Rights can, in theory, exist without govt. With no way to enforce, ensure them, rights vanish like animal farm.
Aka, some animals are more equal than others.
Yes, govt does indeed infringe, which is why we must all remain vigilant. aka, a govt big enough to give you everything you want, is big enough to take everything you have.
I want smaller govt. that does NOT mean no govt.
It's nearly impossible to have national defense without govt, and if you lack that structure, you're going to be vulnerable to the nearest pyschopath willing to kill, enslave, all while laughing at your natural rights.
It's a delicate balance between tyranny, anarchy. The history of man has shown that anarchy leads to tyranny, not freedom.
