He's one of those odd guys that when he's describing play by play his delivery is fairly flawless but when he tries to talk or interview someone it's like his brain gets twisted and he can't get his words out straight.

It may have just been something that popped into his head while searching for an excuse for what's been going on. I just thought it was interesting angle

Please explain why this message is being reported.
