this next search will define him as an AD. While I am still in the wait and see camp about Sterk, I do not feel this search will define him as an AD. I think Mizzou as a university has de-emphasized the importance of men's bb at the school. Sterk, should he either retain KA (which I think will happen) or hire some bush league coach, will reflect the school's lack of commitment toward men's bb, Not Sterk's.

Proof of that was the Haith hire and then the KA hire. I think the school is going to focus on football (although Mack Rhodes did his best to destroy that too).
