Well. What exactly is he proposing that will "enforce" the policies. Building a massive wall will do nothing. Mass deportation will do nothing. Reduce the appeal of coming here. The biggest appeal is illegal jobs so they can send money home. If they have no jobs they won't come here. Other than emergency medicine don't give them any benefits that they have not paid for.
