Norm reached the pinnacle of success and it has not been matched (see conference titles as one metric).

QS did have veteran help: John Hammond who ended up leaving for the Listons. QS also improved the SOS which was needed to improve the tournament resume and to improve the team.

Because your post has factual errors, I felt reading further was a waste of time.
