it's a different model and differing priorities; simply throwing money at a problem doesn't solve it all the time

I would like Mizzou to spend more money hiring top notch personnel too, but I want them to be smart about it. Calling them incompetent and saying they don't care is basically grown men jumping up and down and throwing a tantrum like a three year old does when they don't get their chocolate pudding.
