the term "killing". Though one might with "killing a baby", because then a baby could equate to a mass of human cells that have almost no attributes whatsoever to a human being. I don't think that would work in medicine and fortunately, so far does not equate in law.

Rational solution: One is allowed to do what they want. Seems to go along with rights and personal freedom. Agreement, of course, is basically not possible.
