First, any philosophy based on the supposition that man is "always rational" is not only highly suspect, but laughable.

Secondly, this little quote: "Libertarianism is strongly opposed to enforcing any moral creed on any person or group by the use of violence — except, of course, the moral prohibition against aggressive violence itself", as if anything short of violence should not be a concern or function of governmental control.

This would mean that scamming someone out of their money, or a parent habitually abusing their children emotionally should not be addressed by anything from the gov't.

I, and nearly everyone else, do not and will not accept.
