a shot at success because it looks like he knows what he's doing with his assistant hires.
Yes, there have been growing pains on offense, but JH looks pretty dang good. Elarbee looks like a miracle worker. Hill is back to his ideal spot. The initial DL hire looked to be a homerun until he left and now we have the guy some say we really wanted all along.
