You can't give teams at this level those sorts of shots

I understand forcing teams to beat you from the outside, but that doesn't mean just giving them wide open in rhythm shots from 3. Outside of Mizzou, players are going to make those at a really high % at this level. If you close out and contest those shots, that % comes down considerably. We saw this same crap the past two seasons, so not sure why we thought players at this level would suddenly struggle to make wide open shots.
