Hell, when I started shooting pistol, the FIRST shots on target were from 25 yards. Get those down and the closer stuff will be easy.
I started her at 10 yards and rounds were all over the paper.
I took the gun (Ruger Mark II, 4" barrel) and put 10 rounds in the 10 and 10X at that same distance. Might have thrown one in the 8 ring.
My son took to it really well and did a good job with the Model 64 .38 revolver.
