This thread has nothing to do with "lots of power within government". You're connecting all kinds of dots in your mind with your assumptions and based on things you don't know.

The carrier deal?

1) state of indiana reduced corporate taxes on carrier - states have been using taxes as incentives forever
2) UTX is a massive defense contractor, about time the US govt - when they are a buyer - makes smart decisions about their vendors and uses that leverage (as a buyer, not a third party).

YOu're stuck in what you think Trump is and what you think trump might do syndrome.
