These two don't necessarily answer the question, but he clearly has his ego. How often do you see him giving credit to others for successes....I am just calling it as I have followed him the last several years. I don't think he is the "bad" guy everyone points him out to be.....but the go is there beyond anyone...I have worked for bosses like him...they are what they are.
