No clear goals, objectives, and strategies....He may publish a plan, but then he will go off on twitter or a flippant comment elsewhere and that all gets changed. I guess you could also look back at his business strategy and see that. How many different types of businesses has he been in and out of over the last 30 years. Some of it is good, because he is open to taking advantage of opportunities, but some has proven bad given his numerous bankruptcies.
