I initiated a conversation about why a store manager wished someone else happy holidays. It was a perfectly pleasant conversation.

No anger and no vitriol.

You guys don't think that is possible. Everything must be hostile. Everyone must walk on eggshells. Safe spaces. Don't offend anybody, ever. And don't ever, ever be honest.

About anything.

And work on that reading compression, it's important.
