seasons in MU history, and certainly the worst 3 year stretch in MU history. What you laid out is failing to a lesser degree, its not actual success and its only progress when stacked up against the previously unimagined failure that proceeded it.

If any past MU coach in history achieved a similar season, there would be nearly universal calls for his dismissal.
