Tangible progress needs to be achieved by the end of the season and we need to feel like we're building something heading into next year.
If we get through our growing pains, maybe knock off Illinois and finish at or near .500 in SEC play, then Kim should keep his job. North Carolina Central will just be remembered as a minor roadblock if that happens.
But another losing season will probably doom him.
