I didn't think Mizzou even gets there.

But here is the scenario that could lead to KA coming back.

Barnett comes in and is a difference maker. Averaging double figure points and 5-6 rebounds. Both offense and defense improve.
With Barnett being the focal point of the offense Hughes, Puryear, & Phillips continue to be produce at their current levels, except more efficient.
Nikko emerges as the best front court player.

If all of that happens then KA could sell Sterk on that returning core. Add Roberts and 1-2 transfers that can be immediate impact guys. Obviously that's a long shot based on what we have seen so far.
