Yes, if PR became a state tomorrow, the federal interest in this issue becomes moot as it isn't about having production and jobs and all of the "unseen factors" be mixed in an outside economy.

it becomes a state to state competition issue, which I think is great.

Would you object if this move was from Indiana to Florida and Pence offered the tax cuts to keep the plant in Indiana?
