thousands upon thousands of employees.

I am wondering if the Carrier-deal supporters would support Trump and Pence sitting down with McDonald's corporate and franchise owners about the threat of machines taking over a large portion of these thousands of jobs.

Trump and Pence could offer tax and regulatory breaks, but could also make thinly veiled threats about some of the USDA partnerships that McDonald's and other fast-food restaurants greatly benefit from.

Who would support this action? To stop the march of machinery which threatens currently existing jobs? And to help the local tax base and economy?
