And the guy was a rookie. He got played. Obama eventually become a pretty good president, but at first - like all newbies, he wasn't too good at the job.

It is not the worst legislation. That's just stupid. It was a first step is all it was.

And it got pre-existing condition exclusion out and put young folks in a touch economy covered on their folks' plans approved. And it provided HC coverage for about 20 million people. That's a start

Until funding of the program ceases to be voluntary, it will far way short.
