but he'd have to mount the most aggressive, transparent real-time marketing campaign as to how incredibly effective immigration law was being enforced.
A web-site tracking in-coming immigration vs. deportations as well as immigration related reports could pull it off.
As long as he convinced everyone he was really handling the problem.
Just saying 'we're not building the wall' and 'everything is ok now' won't cut it though.
