recount &/or investigation into anything that looked fishy.

In this case, it sounds like she doesn't really stand virtually any chance. They've never had a recount overturn an election with this big of a disparity in votes and she would have to have 3 of them flipped in order to win. They also had no evidence whatsoever of any sort of hacking or other shenanigans.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
