It seems pretty obvious Kemp will redshirt

If Smith barely plays, Kemp never will. By redshirting, it seems highly unlikely he will quit or transfer. His scholarship, I still firmly believe, should have been saved for next season as it is nearly inconceivable we couldn't pick up someone far better. We now have to be very particular with that one last scholarship and we're not really in a position to be picky.
