Year 3, and with this easy schedule (both non-con and con) Kim will need at least 18 wins to keep his job.

Merely getting to .500, with this schedule, won't cut it. If we had a challenging non-conference, or played in the ACC, then maybe, but the schedule we have this year is as easy as it gets.
