I think charter schools are a factor in state recruiting. Cali, Texas, Florida, Ohio are among the leaders in numbers of charter schools. Missouri, as we know, isnt near their numbers.
And it would be naive to believe these charter schools,who aren't restrained by their local districts standards, goals aren't more involved with athletics and NCAA qualification than public schools.
