freedom of arms possession by citizens free of government regulations.

Any such legislation are attempts to undo govt restrictions.

The 2nd amendment isn't a state issue.

States and the fed govt have eaten away at 2nd amendment rights, unfortunately, and this is what it takes to undo it.
